Full job description

We have an opportunity for a team of two to take on a Pub in Monmouthshire

Must be experienced in running a pub on a day to day basis and provide a food offer. The successful candidates must be able to offer both of these services.

Ideally you will have:

· Previous experience of running a pub

. Must Be able to provide a food offer

· Proven ability to drive sales, manage a team and keep both staff and customers happy

· Passionate and knowledgeable about food and drink

An essential requirement for the role is

· Must hold a Personal Licence and have experience of food, health & safety compliance in line with the law.

In return for the above you will have:

· Live in accommodation in a beautiful location

· This is a self employed position with a generous commission package

· Freedom to work as your ‘own boss’ with the opportunity to run and grow your own Business
