The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality steel fabrications, working on diverse projects across the structural, architectural, and bespoke sectors.

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and weld steel components according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Operate tools and machinery, including cutting, grinding, and welding equipment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure precision and adherence to project requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a welder/fabricator (minimum 3 years preferred but not essential).
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Welding/Fabrication or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
- Valid forklift or crane operator certification (advantageous but not required).
