As a Clinical Systems Dispatcher in our Urgent Primary Care team, you'll help ensure patients receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time. You'll coordinate appointments and urgent home visits, support healthcare professionals and keep services running smoothly.

Job Purpose

While clinicians focus on treating patients, this role ensures the service runs efficiently and patients receive the right support at the right time. This role brings together patients, clinicians, drivers and support services to make sure everything works smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
