WRH Refurbishments Ltd is a fast‑growing, dynamic company based in Essex, delivering planned home and commercial refurbishments across the UK. We pride ourselves on a first‑time‑fix approach, high technical standards and exceptional customer service. Our reputation is built on reliability, professionalism and quality workmanship.

We are now looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our expanding team.

Role Responsibilities

As a Painter and Decorator with WRH Refurbishments Ltd, you will:

· Deliver quoted works to a high standard

· Prepare surfaces through sanding, filling, priming and undercoating

· Carry out internal and external painting and decorating across residential and commercial properties

· Apply a range of finishes including gloss, emulsion, varnish, stain and specialist coatings

· Ensure all works comply with health & safety standards and site requirements

· Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment

· Protect furniture, flooring and fixtures before starting work

· Liaise with office staff, supervisors and customers to ensure smooth job progression

· Identify additional works and report them appropriately

· Ensure company van, tools and equipment are kept in good condition

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

Positive, proactive attitude
Full UK driving licence

Relevant UK Qualifications (Desirable)

CSCS Card (preferred)
