As Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead our maintenance operations with confidence and care, ensuring every piece of equipment, system, and facility performs at its best. You’ll guide a high‑performing team, respond quickly to challenges, and maintain the standards that keep our environment welcoming, reliable, and safe.

What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:

Lead and coach the maintenance team
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance
Oversee equipment upgrades and repairs
Troubleshoot using control systems and technical diagrams
Ensure safety compliance and maintain accurate records
Liaise with Hotel Management and staff to carry out required painting, redecoration and general maintenance duties
Carry out all administrative work related to maintenance operations, ensuring all jobs are accurately logged from request through to completion

Splendid Hospitality Group opened the UK’s first Four Points Flex by Sheraton in 2024 following a £50 million investment. The Art Deco inspired building is located in a prime location within walking distance of Euston, Kings Cross & St Pancras International stations. 201 cosy guest rooms with a modern feel and stylish, nature- inspired decor, as well as a bustling restaurant, bar and an onsite Caffé Nero.
