Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Breakfast Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious breakfast dishes that set the tone for a positive guest experience. Your creativity and culinary skills will shine as you craft breakfast favorites with precision and flair, ensuring every plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, pastries, and other morning specialties.
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
Assist in menu planning and suggest new breakfast dishes to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and excellent guest experiences.
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and communicate needs for replenishment to management.
Follow health and safety procedures diligently to create a safe working environment for all team members.

Experience

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques specific to breakfast dishes.
Familiarity with food safety protocols and hygiene standards required in professional kitchens.
Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, especially in fast-paced environments.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving guests.
Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service principles related to food presentation.
