Estate Agent (Property)

Location: Colchester, Essex. Office Based Role.
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (No Weekends)
Start Date: Immediate interviews available
Permanent, full time employed role.

If you're looking to break into the property industry or build on early experience, this role offers the perfect blend of structure, support, and opportunity. As part of The New Homes Group, you'll help manage property sales through our Housebuilder Part Exchange and Assisted Move services, contributing to smooth, successful customer journeys.

What You'll Do

Assist with managing property sales from instruction through to completion
Communicate with customers, estate agents, solicitors, and housebuilders
Keep records updated and ensure key information is captured accurately
Provide excellent customer service across every interaction

Experience in estate agency or conveyancing is useful but not essential
