PCN Manager/Digital transformation lead– Part-Time (20 Hours per Week)

Salary: £23–£27 per hour dependent on experience
Location: Across PCN footprint
Contract Type: Permanent/ Part-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Primary Care Network (PCN) Manager/DTL to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality, integrated care across our network of 7 GP practices.

Main Duties of the Job

Provide day-to-day operational management of the PCN.
Coordinate and implement PCN projects and initiatives in line with national and local priorities.
Manage budgets, reporting, and compliance requirements.
Support workforce planning and recruitment of roles funded through the ARRS scheme.
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including practices, commissioners, and partner organisations.
Implement Digital improvements to practices where appropriate

Person Specification Criteria

Essential
Previous experience in healthcare management or similar leadership role

Qualifications

Experience

Previous experience in healthcare management or similar leadership role

Experience working within a PCN or NHS setting

Skills

Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Project management experience

Knowledge

Understanding of NHS structures and primary care

Knowledge of PCN DES requirements

IT Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and data reporting

Experience with clinical systems

Other

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple practices and stakeholders

Flexible approach to working hours

Working Pattern

16-20 hours per week (flexible working and alternative models of employment considered).

Salary

£23–£27 per hour (depending on experience)
