Job Title: Junior Office Assistant (Bookings & Finance)

Location: South Manchester
Department: Bookings & Finance
Employment Type: [Full-time / Part-time]
Salary: Competitive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organised Office Administration Assistant to support our Bookings and Finance departments. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to develop administrative, financial, and customer service skills in a professional office environment.

You will assist with day-to-day booking administration, basic finance tasks, and general office support, working closely with experienced team members who will provide training and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Bookings Support

Assist with processing and updating bookings in internal systems
Communicate with customers via email and phone regarding booking enquiries
Ensure booking records are accurate and up to date
Support the team with scheduling and confirmations

Finance Support

Assist with basic invoicing and payment tracking
Help maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets
Support the finance team with data entry and filing
Assist with reconciling booking information with financial records

General Office Duties

Handle emails, documents, and filing (digital and paper)
Provide administrative support to the wider office team
Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information

Skills & Requirements

Strong organisational and time-management skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn and take direction
A positive and professional attitude

(Previous office experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.)
