Account Manager (Hybrid / Field Based)

With ambitious growth plans and significant opportunities within the interactive AV, LED and digital signage market, we're looking for a driven, commercially focused Channel Sales Account Manager to help expand our reseller network, develop strategic partnerships and grow revenue across the UK.

This is a home-based/hybrid field sales role ideally suited to someone who enjoys building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, opening new markets and driving sustainable growth through channel partners.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing and developing a portfolio of reseller and channel partners
Building strategic relationships with key decision-makers within partner organisations
Driving sales growth across an innovative portfolio of interactive displays, LED solutions and digital signage technologies
Identifying, recruiting and onboarding new reseller partners
Developing business within both existing accounts and new target markets
Creating and executing partner growth plans to maximise revenue opportunities
Working closely with partners to generate demand, identify projects and increase market penetration
Prospecting for new business opportunities and winning new customers through the channel
Managing opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to closure
Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM records
Collaborating with our internal teams to support partner success
Consistently delivering and exceeding sales and profitability targets

About You

You'll be:

An experienced channel sales, account management or business development professional
Comfortable working in a field-based sales environment with regular customer and partner engagement
Skilled at developing trusted relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Experienced in both account development and new business acquisition
Commercially astute with strong negotiation and opportunity management skills
Proactive, self-motivated and highly organised
Experienced in identifying and penetrating new markets and uncovering untapped revenue opportunities
Able to build strategic sales plans and execute them effectively
A collaborative team player who contributes positively to company culture
Ambitious and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets

Desirable Experience

Experience selling through reseller or channel partner networks
Knowledge of the AV, Pro AV, interactive display, workplace technology, LED, UC&C, collaboration or digital signage markets
Experience working with distributors, manufacturers or vendor-led channel programmes
A proven track record of achieving sales growth through channel-based sales strategies
