About Us

Short & Abbott LTD is a forward thinking, proactive and growing agricultural engineering business, providing sales, servicing, and repairs of agricultural equipment and machinery.

We’re looking for a proactive Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations, customer service, and online marketing.

Responsibilities:

Assist the workshop manager with general administrative duties including;

Checking timesheets and job cards
Compiling warranty information for workshop warranty claims

Assisting the sales department with a range of administrative tasks

Deal Sheets
DVLA vehicle registrations
Warranty registrations
Receive and record wholegood unit information, recording serial numbers etc

Complete marketing tasks:

Update the company website
Update CRM system with customer leads

Assisting the accounts manager with general office duties

Desired requirements:

Previous admin or marketing experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
Friendly and customer-focused attitude
Proficient IT skills
