The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven Commercial Account Executive to join our growing team based in Uddingston.

You will be responsible for identifying and securing new commercial clients while establishing strong relationships to ensure the polices renew each year.

You will join a collaborative and experienced team with the dedicated support of an Account Handler, alongside our Administration, Claims and Accounts departments. This enables you to focus on developing client relationships, delivering exceptional service and achieving your sales targets and KPIs.

The role includes arranging and attending face-to-face client meetings, understanding clients’ insurance requirements, negotiating with insurers and providing tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs.

Full training will be provided with an ongoing approach to strengthen your career at BBA Insurance.

What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

A proven track record of identifying and securing new commercial business while consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative insurance solutions for clients.
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively as part of a collaborative team.
A full UK driving licence to enable attendance at client meetings.
