Full job description

Job Title : Production Administrator - Production (Works)

Reporting To : Factory Manager & Deputy Manager

Hours of Work : 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday; 8am - 3pm Fridays

Salary : £ neg

Sabeti Wain Aerospace Ltd is a world leader in the design & manufacturer of bespoke aircraft interiors and upholstery systems.

As a busy expanding Company, we require an additional Administrator provide administrative support to the Production Team

Main duties will include :

Processing Orders, to include checking SWA Logs for programs & Revs in addition to completion of Customer Sales Order Review Checklist Form and Contract Review.
Checking Utilisations and checking stock.
Obtaining quotations from Suppliers to ensure SWA has sufficient stock.
Raise and issue Purchase Orders.
Liaising with Suppliers to ensure orders are completed on time.
Printing job cards and issuing them to the shop floor.
Document control and maintaining records as per Production Administrative procedures.
Responsible for own allocated tasks and actions
Supporting the Deputy Manager and other Team members with admin tasks as required.

Other Duties & Responsibilities :

As a term of your employment with Sabeti Wain Aerospace, you may be required to undertake such other duties and commensurate with your remuneration and/or hours of work at your initial place of work and/or at other facilities/locations owned/operated by Sabeti Wain Aerospace
Additional responsibilities may include supporting Goods-In team with booking in and out tasks

This position requires the following skills & abilities :

Excellent communication skills – in both written and spoken English
Good working knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Word and Excel is required
GCSE in Maths and English
Possess strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Willing to take responsibility for allocated tasks and actions, be able to work on own initiative as well as being a valuable member of our busy team
Be self-motivated, flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks related to production administration and controls

Note: With the role being onsite only, due to past experiences we request that applicants reside within a 20 miles radius of the business location with the post code being HP11 2PF.
