Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Head Chef / Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. This dynamic role combines creative culinary leadership with strategic management, ensuring exceptional food quality, outstanding service, and a vibrant dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for fine dining, extensive culinary expertise, and proven leadership capabilities to inspire and manage a diverse team. Duties

Lead the development and execution of innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences, emphasizing quality and presentation.
Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and food handling, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
Manage inventory control and food production processes to optimize costs, reduce waste, and maintain consistent quality across all offerings.
Oversee staffing schedules, shift management, and team supervision to foster a motivated, efficient, and collaborative work environment.
Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Implement training programs for kitchen staff on food safety protocols, culinary techniques, and customer service excellence.
Monitor restaurant performance metrics, address operational challenges promptly, and continuously seek opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining settings; banquet experience is highly desirable.
Proven supervisory experience managing kitchen teams in high-volume environments.
Demonstrated expertise in food management including menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and cost control.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive team culture.
Knowledge of dietary requirements and food safety regulations; certification in food handling or safety preferred.
Experience in restaurant management or hospitality roles with a focus on food service management and catering operations.
