Full job description

We are seeking a receptionist to join our fantastic practice GG Orthodontics in central Winchester, SO23 8SZ. This is a permanent role.

GG Orthodontics has been established for 20 years and is a private only orthodontic and dental practice, recently relocated to a purpose-built practice in March 2023 with excellent resources and facilities.

This role is to welcome our patients, create a friendly atmosphere in the waiting room and offer exceptional customer service. There is an administrative aspect to the role including scheduling appointments and maintaining the diary to enable a smooth day for the clinic.

Job Details:

Monday to Friday, with a half day on a Monday. (Monday - 08:00 to 12:00, Tues - Fri - 08:00 to 17:45)
The Practice is within walking distance of Winchester train station and has great access to motorways.

Essential for the role

Whilst dental knowledge would be beneficial, we can provide full training if needed. The most important aspect of this role is customer service. We need someone that loves dealing with people, enjoys being part of a team and will go the extra mile for our patients. We are a family-feel practice that will offer all the support and training needed.

Salary aimed at £12.71 per hour, however dependant on experience.
