Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Junior Broker to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the vital link between clients and the fine arts market, helping to facilitate art sales and provide exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm for sales, strong communication skills, and multilingual abilities will drive your success as you assist clients in finding tailored insurance solutions. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your negotiation and analysis skills while gaining valuable experience in the competitive world of brokerage.

Duties

Engage with clients via telemarketing, in-person, or online channels to promote fine arts products and services
Assist in processing sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy updates, and client records management
Conduct analysis of client needs to recommend suitable fine art options, ensuring personalized service
Negotiate terms with clients to secure favorable agreements
Provide clear and professional communication to clients
Support marketing efforts by identifying potential leads and promoting brand awareness through various channels
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships

Requirements

Proven negotiation skills with a proactive approach to closing sales opportunities
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently
Experience or interest in sales administration and customer service roles
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and market trends effectively
Knowledge of insurance sales processes or related fields is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
Demonstrated enthusiasm for marketing, telemarketing, and building client relationships
