Polish-Speaking Office Administrator — Junior Role, Full Training

On The Spot Broker Ltd — Staines-upon-Thames TW18 4HR
Full-time · Office-based · Monday to Friday

We are hiring a junior office administrator for our busy logistics and customs office in Staines.

No customs experience is needed. We will train you from the beginning. This role is suitable for someone who speaks Polish and English, is organised, works well on a computer, and wants to build a stable office career.

What you will do

You will help our UK team manage daily office work, including:

reading and replying to emails in Polish and English
answering phone calls from drivers, clients and colleagues
entering information into our systems
checking documents for missing or incorrect details
chasing missing information from clients
helping the team keep jobs moving during the day

The work is office-based, computer-based and detail-focused. You do not need to know customs now, but you must be willing to learn procedures and follow them carefully.

What we are looking for

You must have:

fluent Polish — spoken and written
good English — spoken and written
good attention to detail
confidence using email and basic computer systems
reliable commute to Staines TW18 4HR
full-time availability, Monday to Friday

This role suits someone who is calm, organised, and happy working through emails, documents and phone calls during the day.

Experience that helps

Experience in any of the following is useful, but not required:

office administration
customer service
call handling
logistics, transport or freight
data entry
working with emails and records

Pay and benefits

Starting pay: £12.71 per hour or higher depending on experience
Paid overtime when required
Formal pay review after 3 and 6 months
Full training from day one

Hours and location

Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30
Office-based in Staines-upon-Thames TW18 4HR
No remote or hybrid work
Occasional early or late shift cover may be required when colleagues are on holiday

Trial period

The first four weeks are a paid trial period. During this time we will train you, support you, and check whether the role is the right fit for both sides.
