Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Part-Time Receptionist to join our team for a 20-hour weekly schedule. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Responsibilities

Greet guests, visitors, and clients warmly, establishing a friendly and professional atmosphere
Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries efficiently
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and professionalism
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area to reflect a welcoming environment
Assist with scheduling appointments, reservations, or meetings as needed
Provide information about services or facilities, ensuring guests feel valued and informed
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence to keep front desk operations seamless

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality or guest services roles, preferably within a hotel or similar environment
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with basic office software and reception equipment is preferred
Previous hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus
