ROLE OVERVIEW
We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our Talent Team based at our Head Office in Cambridge, working alongside the Talent Partners and Group Talent Manager providing administrative support. This is a heavily administration-based role with the primary focus of completing pre-employment checks across our group of schools via the Single Central Record (SCR), ensuring full compliance with regulatory guidelines are consistently met to the highest standard. You will act as the first point of contact for onboarding and manage this process through to completion, enabling the delivery of a consistent and efficient recruitment journey to candidates and line managers. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy whilst working at pace.

This is a full-time position offering a hybrid working pattern based out of our head office in Cambridge.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Prior experience within an education and/or recruitment environment is desirable but not essential
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure with conflicting deadlines
Proactive approach to managing tasks and priorities
Ability to anticipate needs and take appropriate action
Strong written and verbal communication skills
