Sales Designer – Kitchens & Bathrooms

Bowman Kitchens & Bathrooms – Leigh-on-Sea

£26,400 Basic + Uncapped Commission | OTE £55,000+

Bowman Kitchens & Bathrooms is growing quickly and we are looking for an ambitious Sales Designer to join our new Leigh-on-Sea showroom on London Road.

This role combines design, client consultation and sales, helping homeowners create beautiful kitchens and bathrooms.

Earnings

Basic salary: £26,400
On-target earnings: £55,000
Top performers: £70,000–£100,000+

Commission is uncapped, so the more you sell, the more you earn.

The Role

You will work with clients from their first showroom visit through to final sale.

Responsibilities include:

Meeting clients in the showroom and understanding their project
Designing kitchens and bathrooms using CAD software
Presenting designs and quotations
Building trust and guiding customers through their renovation
Following up enquiries and progressing leads
Closing sales and achieving monthly targets

This is a sales-focused role, so confidence with customers and a strong work ethic are essential.

What We’re Looking For

Sales experience (kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, interiors or home improvement ideal)
Strong communication and people skills
Confident presenting designs and quotations
Organised and motivated
Interest in interior design and home renovation

Bowman Kitchens & Bathrooms designs and installs high-quality kitchens and bathrooms for homeowners across Essex.

We focus on great design, excellent installation and a smooth experience for every client.

With strong marketing and increasing demand, we are expanding our team as the business continues to grow.

Location: Leigh-on-Sea showroom (London Road)
Job Type: Full-time

This role is showroom-based, with working hours Monday to Saturday, 8:30am–5:30pm. Saturday working is required.
