Full job description

Join Logobrand as a Territory Manager and become part of our award-winning team, delivering exceptional in-store execution for a leading brand across your own dedicated territory. You’ll take ownership of driving availability, visibility and performance across major retailers and managed convenience outlets, using data insight and strong stakeholder relationships to deliver measurable results. This is an exciting time to join our growing business, where you’ll be trusted to manage your territory, make a real commercial impact, and play a key role in our continued success.

Location: North London and surrounding area

Salary: £30,100 per annum & up to 10% OTE + Car Allowance + Mileage paid in line with our internally communicated rates

Contract: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

Start Date: ASAP

About the role

This is a field-based position where you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of stores within your territory.

You’ll focus on improving product availability, visibility, and compliance, using data and strong in-store relationships to drive results.

Key responsibilities

Complete all scheduled store visits across your territory
Build strong relationships with in-store decision-makers
Improve product availability, visibility, and compliance
Merchandise stock and implement point-of-sale materials
Secure additional display space and promotional activity
Use data and insight to identify and resolve issues
Order stock where possible to drive sales
Accurately capture visit data using a mobile reporting app
Share insights, feedback, and best practice with the wider team
Monitor competitor activity, including promotions and new products
Manage your own diary and travel efficiently to maximise coverage

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident working independently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Essential:

Full UK driving licence or Knowledge of using or TfL
Access to your own vehicle with business insurance - if using your own car
Ability to travel across a designated territory
Comfortable using mobile apps and digital reporting tools
Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

Experience in field sales, merchandising, or retail
