As part of our continued expansion across Birmingham, we're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Retail Events team, representing leading brands within retail environments and promotional events.

About The Role:
As a Retail Events Assistant, you'll be working face-to-face with customers in busy retail locations and event environments throughout Birmingham.

Your responsibilities will include:

Engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Representing our clients at retail events and promotional campaigns
Providing information about products and services
Creating positive customer experiences
Building confidence in communication and presentation skills
Working closely with experienced team leaders and mentors
Contributing towards individual and team goals

No previous experience is required as full training is provided.
