Full job description

As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering the consistently high food standards our customers expect. We cook fresh, from scratch — so this is a role for someone who takes genuine pride in their craft and understands what it means to produce quality food at volume. Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team, you will help maintain the smooth day-to-day running of a fast-paced kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

· Take full responsibility for your designated section, ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to the required standard

· Prepare, cook, and plate fresh dishes in line with menu specifications and quality guidelines

· Maintain consistent portion control and presentation standards at all times

· Assist the Head Chef with mise en place preparation and organisation

· Ensure food is stored, labelled, and handled in accordance with food safety legislation

· Monitor stock levels on your section and communicate requirements to senior kitchen staff

· Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment throughout your shift

· Support and mentor junior kitchen team members where required

Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
