Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and timely process
Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to schedule interviews across time zones
Handle calendar management, rescheduling, and conflict resolution efficiently
Provide a high level of candidate care and communication throughout the interview process
Maintain accurate updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related trackers
Support job postings and requisition management as required
Assist with offer coordination and onboarding activities when needed
Generate and maintain reports, trackers, and scheduling data with accuracy and timeliness
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Ensure adherence to process guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs)
Support ongoing process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment coordination -interview scheduling
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in calendar tools (Outlook/Google Calendar) and ATS platforms
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle scheduling conflicts and escalations
Comfortable working with global teams across different time zones
High level of accuracy, responsiveness, and accountability
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate and support junior team members if required.
