Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction painting and possess strong communication skills. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on various projects. A valid driving licence is preferred as the role may require travel to different job sites.

Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with project specifications.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
Follow health and safety regulations while working on site to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

Painting experience essential.
Strong communication skills in English are required for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
A valid driving licence is advantageous for travel between job sites.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism in all tasks undertaken.
