Receptionist Overview:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all guests, delivering a warm and professional welcome. You will handle all aspects of guest check-in and check-out, manage bookings, respond to inquiries, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, positive experience from arrival to departure.

Receptionist Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and professionally on arrival.
Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel’s booking system.
Manage reservations, telephone calls and guest queries with accuracy using the hotel’s system.
Maintain accurate guest records and process payments securely.
Liaise with housekeeping, reservations, events, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints or issues calmly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
Always maintain a clean and presentable reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks as required by the Front Office Manager.
