Sales & Strategic Account Manager

Job Summary

We're looking for a driven, commercially astute Sales & Strategic Account Manager to play a key role in the continued growth of Unitary Engineering Services (UES).

This is not a traditional sales role. You'll be responsible for developing and growing relationships with strategic, multi-site clients—understanding their operational challenges and identifying opportunities where UES can deliver genuine value through our engineering and building services expertise.

Working alongside our engineers, contract managers and leadership team, you'll help position UES as a trusted long-term building services partner, increasing service penetration, improving customer outcomes and driving sustainable commercial growth.

Location

Bristol (Office-Based)

This is a full-time, office-based role located at our Bristol office, with regular travel to client sites across the UK.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

Working Arrangements

This position is fully office-based and does not offer hybrid or remote working.

The successful candidate will work from our Bristol office each day, collaborating closely with our engineering, operational and leadership teams, while travelling regularly to customer sites, depots and meetings across the UK.

Face-to-face collaboration with colleagues and clients is a fundamental part of this role and is essential to delivering the high standard of service our customers expect.
