Full job description

Join the Bojangles Team!

We're looking for 2 friendly, enthusiastic Part-Time Coffee Shop Assistants to join our team at Bojangles Coffee House in Dunton Green, starting September 2026.

If you enjoy working in a busy, independent coffee shop where every day is different, we'd love to hear from you!

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on role and includes:

Serving customers with a smile
Making coffees and other drinks (barista experience is a bonus, but full training can be provided)
Preparing and serving food
Clearing tables and washing up
Keeping the coffee shop clean, organised and welcoming
Helping wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly and approachable
Reliable and punctual
Hardworking with a positive attitude
Happy working as part of a small team
Able to stay calm in a busy environment
Willing to turn their hand to a variety of tasks

Previous café or hospitality experience is an advantage but isn't essential—we're happy to train the right person.

Hours

2-4 days per week - weekdays with some weekend work
Shifts are generally between 8:00am and 4:00pm (finish times may vary).
We are currently finalising the weekly rota, so we're looking for applicants who can offer some flexibility with the days they are available.

Start Date

We're hoping for a September start, with interviews and paid trial shifts taking place over the coming weeks. Please note this is not a summer job, we require the ideal candidate to be able to work after September.
