Showroom Sales Consultant – Luxury Tile Showroom (Part-Time)

We are looking for a reliable, responsible and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a luxury tile showroom. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for interior design and home improvement, who enjoys working with clients and delivering a high level of customer service.

You will be advising customers on their home design projects, helping them select tiles and materials that complement their spaces while representing a range of high-end, luxury tile brands.

Key Responsibilities

Providing professional advice to customers on tile selections and interior design concepts
Assisting clients with home renovation and design ideas for kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces
Creating a welcoming and professional showroom experience for all visitors
Maintaining the presentation, cleanliness and organisation of the showroom at all times
Developing strong product knowledge across our luxury tile collections
Handling enquiries in person, by phone and email in a professional manner
Supporting the wider team with general showroom operations

Requirements

Previous experience in a tile showroom, bathroom showroom, interior design, or similar retail environment is preferred
A natural flair for luxury interiors and home design
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional, reliable and well-presented
Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
A positive, friendly attitude and strong attention to detail

Working Hours

3 days per week (part-time)
Flexibility required to cover additional days when needed, such as staff holidays or sickness
