Full job description

About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to join our expanding team based at our brand new, state of the art factory in Barton-upon-Humber. The candidate will work from Monday to Friday, 7:00-15:30.

Main responsibilities:

Plan and allocate resources to meet operational demands and maintain smooth workflow.
Monitor order priorities and dispatch schedules to prevent delays or shortages.
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance, liaising with HR when required.
Support and develop team members through regular feedback and performance reviews.
Ensure operational standards and quality requirements are consistently met.
Ensure equipment, materials and supplies are available to support daily operations.
Promote and enforce Health & Safety policies, working closely with the H&S team.
Conduct regular team briefings to communicate targets, updates and improvements.
Manage departmental queries and escalate issues to senior management when required

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

Self-motivated with the ability to lead a team
Working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
