Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Multi Trader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction, repairs and property maintenance.

ideally we would like you to be proficient in a single trade for maintenance activities eg, carpentry, plumbing, electrics, with a knowledge and skill base of the other trades.

This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while contributing to the overall success of our trading operations.

this position requires a drivers license and comes with a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

this role requires public interaction so must be smart and punctual.
ensure that company vehicle is maintained in a clean and tidy state.
good time keeping is essential.
Collaborate with team members to achieve organisational goals.

Experience

Proven experience in the construction industry, specifically within a home environment.
Strong work ethic, to achieve completion of jobs in a timely manner.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
