Paralegal - Wills & Probate

Join our Private Client team as a Wills & Probate Paralegal and play a key role in supporting a variety of legal cases from start to finish. You’ll assist solicitors with case preparation, manage documents, liaise with clients, and help ensure smooth legal proceedings.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of your workload, develop your skills, and grow your career in a supportive and professional environment. Full training and ongoing development are provided.

Assist with fee-earning activities to a high standard of accuracy and efficiency under the supervision and instruction of the department head.
Review, organise, and summarise case materials.
Manage case files, deadlines, and procedural compliance.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and third parties professionally.
Draft correspondence and manage emails.
Assist with invoices, financial records, and distribution of funds.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, and document management.

Requirements / Desirables:

2+ years’ experience in a legal support role preferred; full training provided.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communicator, professional and approachable.
Fast and accurate typing; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of legal terminology, case management software (e.g., Partners for Windows, LexisNexis) is a plus.
Able to handle confidential information and work independently or in a team.
Motivated to learn, develop professionally, and thrive in a challenging environment.
