PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer candidate sponsorship.

We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Home Care Worker to join our team here at West Park Care based in the Otley but MUST be willing to travel and cover the Harrogate area also.

Contract: ALL staff members are on a CONTRACT with a GUARANTEED amount of hours. We DO NOT do zero hour contracts, so don’t worry, you know for certain you’re getting the hours you want to work each week.

Block Hours: All hours are paid from the start of your shift to the end of your shift. Get paid for what you work. FULL SHIFT PAID

Hours: Full time or Part Time hours on a rota basis. All staff work alternative weekends so we can provide continuity of care and keep it fair for all staff.

Pay: £14.00 per hour weekdays*, £15.00 per hour on weekends & bank holidays* PLUS £16 for any overtime you’d like to work.

Experience may be an advantage, but if you're a genuinely caring person with the right attitude, then we want to speak with you. No one day is ever the same, which is why we love what we do!

Visits to clients will include the following;

Supporting with personal care, such as showers and washing.
Supporting with dressing and undressing
Supporting with nutrition & hydration
Supporting with medication administration
Supporting with cleaning & housework
Supporting with shopping & other errands
Companionship visits

● You will be paid your agreed hours even if clients cancel or we don’t have work to offer you. We do not believe in zero-hour contracts as we value our team!

£50 Joining Bonus *Paid on completion of probation*

● Minimum call duration's – We do not do 15 minute calls as we don’t want our staff or clients to feel rushed.

● Excellent base rate of £14.00 an hour*
