Full job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Aluminium Assistant in administration at our site based at Ainley Top, Huddersfield.

John Fredericks Plastics Ltd is an award winning, leading PVCu Window, Door, and Aluminium manufacturer.

Responsibilities:

Accurately processing orders and quotes
Answering customer calls related to orders and quotes
Meeting deadlines on turnaround times.

You should have:

An excellent eye for detail
Strong numeracy skills
High standards of accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent IT skills and awareness

Whilst previous experience of working within Window and Door Aluminium Administration would be advantageous, it is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week across Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm with an early finish on a Friday of 4.00pm

Holidays: 28 days holiday per annum which includes bank holidays, increasing with length of service

Pension: Pension Scheme available for all qualifying employees

Pay: £26,436.00-£29,244.00 per year
