Person Description

You're the ultimate right-hand support - a highly sociable, intuitive and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. While your Client Executive may be dashing between appointments and juggling last-minute calls from the car, you're the steady presence helping everything stay on track.

You're a natural communicator - social media savvy, confident on the phone and comfortable coordinating across teams and clients. You love being part of something dynamic, working with beautiful homes and people who care deeply about presentation and service. You're the type of person who notices the small details, keeps track of what others may miss and steps in without needing to be asked.

You're also the calming influence: while the Executive thrives on energy and spontaneity, you bring the structure. You don't mind messy desks but you do know where everything is. You work flexible hours, including Saturdays, because you understand that exceptional service doesn't always fit neatly into 9-5. And when your Executive needs you to jump in late or respond to a client quickly, you're already on it.

Above all, you're motivated by happy clients, smooth processes and being part of a high-performing team where your support genuinely makes the difference.

Role Overview

Your mission is to make the life of our Client Executive easier and the journey for our clients seamless. You'll be the one keeping the wheels turning in the background while your Executive is front-and-centre with clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating property marketing steps after client handover - booking photoshoots, liaising with copywriters and ensuring all visual materials are delivered on time.
Supporting the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks and compliance processes.
Managing the diary and helping prioritise client communications and appointments.
Ensuring listing materials - brochures, floorplans, portals and videos - are accurate and beautifully presented before going live.
Collecting and recording feedback from property viewings and preparing summary updates for the Client Executive.
Assisting with offer negotiations, documentation and preparation of the Memorandum of Sale.
Keeping internal systems up to date and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Acting as an additional point of contact for clients when the Client Executive is unavailable.

Requirements

World-class training is provided and no experience in the industry is required.
A full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are essential requirements for this role, as the position involves regular travel to multiple sites that are not easily accessible by public transport.
