Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administration/Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role combines essential bookkeeping responsibilities with administrative support and personal assistance to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and possess a strong understanding of Sage, enabling them to manage financial records accurately while providing exceptional administrative support. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant workplace environment and develop versatile skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Sage
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately
Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports for review
Support administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing files
Assist with personal errands and scheduling for team members as needed
Prepare invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation with attention to detail
Collaborate with external accountants or auditors during financial audits or reviews
Well trained in all Microsoft office software

Experience

Proven experience with accounting software such as , Sage is essential
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounts payable processes
Prior administrative or personal assistant experience is highly desirable
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats
