Join Our Team at Newline Plastics!

Who we’re looking for…
We’re expanding! Newline Plastics is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated team player to help us maintain the exceptional service standards our customers know and love at our new Specialist Flagship Trade Counter & Warehouse.

This is an active, hands-on role with plenty of variety — from supporting customers to managing stock and deliveries. You’ll be part of a friendly, close-knit team within a growing family business that truly values its people, their contributions, and their future.

How You’ll Help Grow the Newline Plastics Brand

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Building strong relationships with our customers — in person, over the phone, and online — to identify opportunities and drive sales growth (full process guidance provided)
Accurately and efficiently completing sales transactions
Loading and unloading materials (typically 3–6m lengths)
Helping to maintain the shop, stock, and vehicles to ensure smooth daily operations
Sharing ideas and feedback to streamline or improve our processes — your input matters here!

Your secondary responsibilities may include:

Delivering materials to customers (must be 25 or over due to insurance)
Full, clean UK Driving Licence required, held for at least two years, with confidence driving a 3.5T dropside van.

What You’ll Bring

Experience with roofline materials is preferred (but not essential — we’ll train you!)
Strong communication skills, motivation, and a solid work ethic
The ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods
IT literacy (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Good time management and numerical ability for measuring and calculating material quantities.
