Main Purpose of Job
- Able to fabricate and Tig weld small components in stainless steel
- Able to fabricate and Mig weld medium size frames
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Mig and Tig welding
- Use a variety of tool including, grinders and drills to shape and modify metal parts
- Interpret drawings and specifications to understand the required dimensions and tolerances of the parts
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the equipment
- Maintain a safe and clean workstation
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as required
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
- Experience working with grinders and drills
- Experience in Mig and Tig welding
- Excellent coordination and mechanical skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and safety
- Basic computer skills
- Solid communication skills
Pay: £15.74 per hour
