Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor with confidence and energy to join our fitness team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through Pilates classes, ensuring proper technique, and promoting a safe and motivating environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to share your expertise in sports coaching and anatomy while helping clients improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. The position is paid and suitable for individuals committed to fostering a positive fitness experience. We are only mat Pilates for now but in future this could change and there also could be an opportunity to go to manger roles as we grow together.

Responsibilities

Mat Pilates certified
Lead engaging and effective Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels
Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and provide personalised modifications as needed
Monitor participants’ form and offer constructive feedback to prevent injury
Develop customised programmes to meet individual client goals
Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety standards
Keep up-to-date with the latest Pilates techniques and industry developments
Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client retention and motivation

Requirements

Proven experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction, preferably with Pilates certification
Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all ages and abilities
Good knowledge of human anatomy relevant to Pilates exercises
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple classes or sessions effectively
A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals

Pay: £20.00-£25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
