Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong work ethic, great communication skills, administrative and organisational skills, as well as the ability to provide fantastic customer service. The job role is office based, Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm and every other Saturday 9am – 4pm. When a Saturday is worked, a day off will be provided during the same week.

Key Responsibilities

Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
Managing the lettings process from offer through to move-in
Overseeing the referencing process and ensuring legal compliance
Acting as a point of contact for landlords, providing regular feedback
Ensuring property boards are accurate and updated when necessary
Assisting with marketing, including managing social media content
Creating compelling and compliant property listings
Supporting the team with general day-to-day office tasks

Requirements

Previous experience in a lettings or negotiator role
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in property management software (e.g., [insert software if applicable])
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive, customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
