FMCG Sales Executive / Export Manager (Arabic / Polish / Spanish Speaking)

Premier Exports London Ltd – Luton, UK

Salary: £30,500 – £50,000 per year (depending on experience) + Performance-Based Bonus
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

We specialise in exporting food, beverages, household, health & beauty, and consumer products to wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and businesses worldwide.

We are looking for motivated and ambitious Arabic, Polish, and Spanish-speaking FMCG Sales Executives to join our growing export sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are passionate about international trade, sales, and building long-term customer relationships.

The Role

As an FMCG Sales Executive / Export Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting export sales growth across international markets.

You will work closely with the sales, logistics, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and excellent customer service from enquiry through to delivery.

Full training will be provided in FMCG sales, export procedures, logistics, and international trade.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with international customers, including wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and importers.
Manage existing customer accounts and identify new sales opportunities.
Promote and sell FMCG products across global markets.
Generate leads through emails, calls, social media, networking, and trade exhibitions.
Prepare quotations, product offers, and promotional materials.
Negotiate pricing and secure customer orders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
Support export documentation and customer due diligence processes.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer enquiries.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.

Candidate Requirements

Experience 3 & 5

Previous experience in FMCG sales, export sales, wholesale, distribution, or international business development is preferred.
Experience working with international customers is an advantage.

Language Skills

We are recruiting candidates fluent in:

Arabic & English
Polish & English
Spanish & English

Additional languages are an advantage.

Willingness to learn and develop within the FMCG export industry.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Comfortable learning CRM systems, digital tools, and AI-based software.
