About Us:
We are a professional gardening company maintaining high-end domestic gardens across Hertfordshire and London. Our business is built on four core values: Honesty, Hard work, Reliability, and Professionalism. We are looking for a candidate who shares these principles to represent us on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Plant Health: Monitor the health of all plants and greens; watering and feeding as required.
Lawn Care: Mowing, fertilising, and maintaining edges to a high standard.
Topiary & Pruning: Trimming trees, shrubs, and hedges with precision.
General Maintenance: Weeding gardens and ensuring all walkways and green spaces are clear of debris and litter.
Equipment: Safe use and basic maintenance of mowers, trimmers, and other petrol/electric tools.

What We Are Looking For

Reliability: You must be a hardworking individual who is self-motivated and can work independently.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to remember and follow specific requirements for each individual garden.
Locality: Ideally based in the Ware area for easy access to our client base.
Professionalism: A polite manner when interacting with domestic clients.

Requirements

Proven experience in domestic garden maintenance.
This position is on Self-employed base.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £31,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
