Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Store Manager to join our retail team. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance and overseeing operations. This role requires a proactive approach to team management and merchandising while fostering a positive and customer-focused team culture.

The ideal candidate possess strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to inspire a team to deliver an exceptional and memorable in store retail experience for customers.

Duties

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
Implement effective sales strategies to maximise profitability and enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide training, and encourage collaboration.
Manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage during peak hours while adhering to budget constraints.
Maintain high standards of store presentation and organisation to create an inviting shopping environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail or customer service facing management or a similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated expertise in sales management and merchandising techniques.
Exceptional organisational skills with effective time management abilities.
Previous administrative experience is advantageous, particularly in a retail setting.
