This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Sweeptech Environmental Services. We are a fast-paced company that provide a wide range of services including waste consultancy, hazardous waste removal, high-pressure jetting, drainage maintenance and cleansing, CCTV surveys, road sweeping, septic waste removal, and emergency flood response for various industries.
The Role
As a National Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for the efficient coordination and administration of daily operations within the department. Working closely with the National Hire Desk Manager and wider team, you will support the scheduling, booking, and delivery of services across the Contracting and National Divisions.
Responsibilities are:
Administration
·Respond to incoming enquiries and queries via the national telephone line in a professional and timely manner.
·Manage and appropriately redirect emails from central inboxes, including info@ and nationals@
·Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of databases and customer records.
·Provide administrative support to the field-based sales team.
·Administer availability checks, orders and requests within the HSS “Brenda” system.
·Administer and assist with enquiries and reports from the Contracting Division
·Maintain and administer sales activity within the CRM system
·KPI Reporting
·Arrange pre scheduled work for various customers including DCB and Nurture
Sales
·Liaise with depots to confirm availability for potential bookings.
·Communicate confirmed availability to customers in a timely and professional manner.
·Assist in preparing quotations and raising orders, ensuring all purchase orders (POs) are accurate and complete.
·Distribute orders and associated POs to the appropriate depots for processing.
·Coordinate with depots and customers to ensure the prompt receipt of purchase orders and documentation.
Product Knowledge
·Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and service offerings to provide informed support and guidance to customers and colleagues.
Customer Support
·Effectively communicate customer feedback to the line manager to support continuous improvement in service delivery.
·Develop and grow customer relationships
Special Projects
·Contribute to various business initiatives, including the development and maintenance of systems such as Teamleaf, CRM platforms, and the customer database.
·Provide cross-functional support to other departments as required.
Additional Responsibilities
·Undertake any other reasonable duties or tasks relevant to the role, as directed by management.
Essential Requirements:
·Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service focus and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, by telephone, and via email.
·Excellent organisational and administrative abilities, with strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.
·Ability to remain calm, accurate, and composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
·Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, with a flexible and proactive approach.
·Quick to learn and adapt to industry-specific software and systems.
·Strong understanding of business processes and how actions impact other departments within the operational workflow.
Full-time on-site role, 45 hours per week
