Full job description

Job Overview
We seek a talented and dedicated individual to join our studio team as a studio assistant. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for visual arts and excellent administrative skills.

Requirements:

Based in London or the surrounding area. Must be able to work on-site/remotely 8 hours/ day (including a one-hour lunch break), 2 or 3 day/week
General understanding and excitement for contemporary art
Skilled in 2D design (Graphics and Videos)
Desirable: Fluent in both English and Chinese
Interested in learning and exploring new technology

Priority #1: Excellent administrative skills, scheduling, budgeting, documenting.

Priority #2: Skilled at Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, Premiere)

Priority #3: Excellent editing skills, grammar, and spelling

Optional preference #1: Design & Architecture background. Intermediate programming skills or familiarity with technology.

Optional preference #2: Be able to travel in the EU

Tasks:

Day to day:

organizing project documentation, proof-reading and website updates.
exhibition project management: finding vendors, scheduling, budgeting.
keep an updated to-do list, scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and planning out effective timelines for multiple projects with various collaborators.
support the studio team with exhibition materials, presentations and proposal

Occasionally：

on-site installation.

Probation and Pay:

Initial 3 month probation period will be paid £100/day
