Huddersfield, office-based
Full-time, permanent
Monday to Thursday, 37.5 hours per week, Fridays off
Salary: £25,000 + monthly bonus

Want a sales role where you can build proper experience, earn monthly bonus and still have every Friday off?

Synergos Consultancy is a growing Huddersfield-based consultancy helping businesses with ISO-certified management systems, health and safety support and cyber security services. We work with companies that need practical help to stay compliant, improve how they operate and protect their business.

We’re looking for a confident, organised Appointment Coordinator to join our sales team. You’ll be speaking with business owners and decision-makers, introducing our services and booking appointments for our sales team.

This is a phone-based role, so you’ll need to be comfortable making outbound calls. You don’t need to know ISO, health and safety or cyber security already, as we’ll train you on what we do and how to explain it clearly.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be:

Calling and emailing prospective clients to introduce Synergos Consultancy
Booking appointments for the sales team
Asking good questions to understand whether our services could help
Handling initial objections in a calm, professional way
Updating prospect information in PipeDrive CRM
Working towards monthly appointment targets
Keeping accurate notes so the wider team can follow up properly
Representing the business well in every conversation

What we’re looking for

You’ll suit this role if you:

Have a confident and friendly phone manner
Can hold a natural conversation with business prospects
Are resilient enough to handle rejection without taking it personally
Are organised and good at keeping records up to date
Have basic computer skills
Can work well in an office-based team
Have experience in cold calling, telesales, appointment setting or telephone-based customer contact

PipeDrive experience would be useful, but it isn’t essential. Training will be provided.

Experience

Cold calling, telesales or appointment setting: 1 year preferred
Strong spoken and written English required
Previous B2B sales experience would be a bonus

Location

This role is based at our office in Huddersfield. You’ll need to reliably commute to the office before starting work.
