Full job description

We are looking for a proactive Junior Marketing Assistant with a degree in Marketing or a related field. This is a standalone marketing role, so you'll need to be confident working independently, managing your own workload, and making informed decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media and digital marketing, with a passion for increasing brand awareness. You'll take ownership of our day-to-day marketing activities, creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and identifying opportunities to promote the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company's social media channels and creating engaging content to support brand awareness and audience engagement.
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities and campaigns.
Identify new opportunities to promote the business and increase brand visibility.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials.
Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing initiatives.
Update and manage website content and other digital marketing assets as required.
Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content as well as assisting at trade shows and events.
Work independently to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver marketing objectives.

About You:

Strong communication, organisational and creative skills with a passion for delivering engaging marketing campaigns to our customers.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and confident to work self-led the majority of the time.
A degree in marketing or similar, and a solid understanding of the principals required to boost our business.
Reliable transport (due to yard location)
Right to work in the UK

Hours: 9am–5pm Mon–Fri
