Job Overview
New City Motorcycles, a thriving second-hand motorcycle showroom in Rayleigh, is seeking a dedicated Data Entry and Administration Assistant to join our team!

This permanent position involves crucial data entry and administrative tasks, primarily focused on processing motorcycle paperwork for purchases and sales. You will be responsible for accurately inputting data and managing transactions using QuickBooks, ensuring all documentation is meticulous and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

Processing all necessary paperwork for motorcycle purchases and sales.
Accurate data entry into QuickBooks for financial records.
Maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems.
Assisting with general administrative duties as required.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company procedures.

Working Hours

Monday- Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Qualifications

Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting.
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Experience in data entry and clerical duties demonstrating attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently whilst maintaining a high level of organisation and efficiency. This role is ideal for candidates eager to utilise their administrative talents in a supportive environment while gaining valuable experience in data management and office administration.
Enthusiastic about motorcycles (a bonus, but not essential!).
