Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join a dynamic HR team supporting business leaders and employees across multiple functions. This strategic role is responsible for aligning people initiatives with business objectives while fostering a high-performance culture, strengthening employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and change management.

As a Senior HRBP, you will collaborate with leaders across the organization to develop and implement people strategies that enhance business performance and create a positive employee experience. You will analyze workforce trends, support organizational transformation initiatives, advise on complex employee matters, and ensure HR practices align with employment legislation and company policies. This position requires exceptional relationship-building skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
Coach and advise managers on leadership development, employee engagement, and people management best practices.
Lead performance review processes, succession planning, and talent management programs.
Analyze workforce metrics and HR data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR governance standards.
Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to support hiring strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
Drive diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives across the organization.
Partner with Learning and Development teams to identify capability gaps and support professional development programs.
Lead or contribute to HR projects focused on process improvement, policy development, and organizational effectiveness.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across business functions to support operational success.
Maintain accurate HR documentation, reporting, and compliance records while ensuring confidentiality.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including substantial experience in an HR Business Partner role.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Experience supporting senior leadership within complex or multi-site organizations.
Proven expertise in organizational development, change management, and workforce planning.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting HR metrics and workforce data to support business decisions.
Experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, or similar enterprise HR systems.
Excellent knowledge of performance management, succession planning, talent development, and employee engagement strategies.
CIPD Level 5 or CIPD Level 7 qualification is preferred.
Strong communication, coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted business relationships.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Authorization to work in the United Kingdom is required.
