Full job description

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and driven Lettings Negotiator & Valuer to join our successful and expanding estate agency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record in residential lettings who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
Carry out accurate rental valuations and provide expert advice to landlords.
Generate new business by identifying and securing new landlords and rental properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
Negotiate tenancy agreements and successfully progress lets from instruction to move-in.
Follow up enquiries and convert leads into new business opportunities.
Carry out regular market appraisals and keep up to date with local market trends.
Meet and exceed individual and branch targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the lettings process.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Senior Lettings Negotiator, or Lettings Valuer.
A proven ability to win instructions and generate new business.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A confident and professional approach when dealing with clients.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred/essential).
